OSASD BEACH, Mo.--David A. Murphy, 55, of Osasd Beach, Mo., and formerly of Eau Claire, died Saturday, July 22, 1995, in Missouri.

He was born March 11, 1940, in Chicago, to Delbert and Helen Murphy. He graduated from Eau Claire Memorial High School in 1959.

David served with the United States Air Force for four years.

Survivors include a daughter, Jody Murphy of California; his mother, Helen S. Murphy of Colfax Nursing Home; a sister, Violet (Robert) Schneider of Eau Claire; two brothers, Dennis (Pat) Murphy of Eau Claire and Marvin (Micky) Murphy of Florida; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Delbert Murphy; a brother, Robert Murphy; a sister, Marion Murphy Bradford.

Services will be held in Missouri.
