Duane Cleo Drake

Duane Cleo Drake, 82, of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, passed away on March 14, 2024, in his hometown. He was born on October 6, 1941, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Duane was a loving father survived by his sons Scott D. Drake, Russ A. Drake (Amy) Mark T. Drake (Luke) and DuWayne A. Drake (Janet), and 9 grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Warren Drake. Duane was preceded in death by his wife, Jocelyn Drake, his father Cleo D. Drake, and his mother Grace L. Drake.

Duane had a fulfilling career at American Motors Company and Uniroyal Tires. In his free time, he enjoyed wood working, construction, hunting, and boating. He had a special smile that was welcoming and a warming laugh that endeared him to all who knew him.

A visitation period to honor and celebrate Duane's life will be held at Stokes Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel, March 23, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Duane will be dearly missed by his family, including his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as his friends and colleagues. May he rest in peace.
