Donald Edward Waak, age 76, passed away peacefully Thursday evening, February 15, 2018, at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale.

Ron was born October 8, 1941, to Edward and Irene Waak. He later married Darlene M. (Peterson) Waak in Eau Claire.

Ron enjoyed traveling, fishing, hunting, playing cards and spending time with family.

Survivors include his son, Jonathan (Anita) Waak of Apple Valley, MN; a daughter, Stephanie DeAntoni of St Michael, MN; granddaughters, Alicia and Kaylee DeAntoni, Anna Waak, and Abigail Heinsch.

He is preceded in death by his parents and wife.

Funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at Hulke Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Pastor Larry Sturgis officiating. Visitation will take place Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at Hulke Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services from 12-1 p.m. Committal services will take place at 2 p.m. on Tuesday in the Rest Haven Cemetery in the Town of Washington.
