Steven Hoffmeister

Steven Dale "Steve" Hoffmeister, 70, of Panama City, Florida passed away Saturday, January 22, 2011 at his home.

He was born the son of Otto and Margaret Hoffmeister on January 21, 1941 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Steve retired from Uniroyal Tire Company after more than twenty years of service. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed spending time with his dogs and his friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Richard Hoffmeister.

He is survived by his children, Wendy Hoffmeister (Mervyn), Mark Smith (Jane), Amber Hoffmeister, and Steve Hoffmeister, Jr., grandchildren, Alexis Weaver, Ashton Reidel, Tyzianna Parker, Brooklyn Parker, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Steve's Life will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, February 4, 2011 at Rick Seltzer Park on Panama City Beach.
